Sausage And Potato Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
    5 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and pat into greased loaf pan. Place pan on a cookie sheet to catch possible drips and cover loosely with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours, draining off grease occasionally.
    Remove from pan and slice to serve.
