Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sweet potatoes, drained
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. cinnamon
    1/2 c. ginger
    3/4 c. pecans
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    4 Tbsp. brown sugar
    marshmallows and coconut
Preparation
    Pour the liquid from the sweet potatoes into a saucepan.
    Heat with water and sugar.
    Add mashed sweet potatoes; add butter, cinnamon, ginger, pecans, pineapple and brown sugar.
    Just bring to a boil; let cool.
    Roll into balls and roll in coconut.
    Top with marshmallows.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned.
