Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
3 cloves garlic
4 Tbsp. chili powder
2 c. grated cheese
1 small can refried beans
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. salt
4 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. tortillas
Preparation

Brown 3 cloves of garlic in oil.
Remove garlic when brown. Simmer 1/2 hour with tomatoes, chili powder and salt.
Brown hamburger and drain.
Dip tortillas in tomato mixture until soft and pliable.
Fill each tortilla with beans, onions, meat and cheese.
Roll up and place in baking dish; pour a little sauce on bottom of baking dish.
When all tortillas are stuffed, pour remaining sauce over all and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Place in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted.
