Escalloped Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cut-up celery
    2 c. coarsely crumbled Ritz crackers
    minced chives
    minced parsley
    2 c. hot milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Put a layer of celery in dish.
    Then sprinkle with crackers, chives and parsley.
    Repeat layering until all celery and crackers are used. Heat milk and pour over contents of dish. Milk should cover.
    If not, add more milk.
    Dot with butter.
    Dust with paprika. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until celery is cooked and milk absorbed.
