Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine sugar and cocoa; gradually stir in milk.
Add next 3 ingredients; mix well.
Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream.
Yields 1 cup.
