Hot Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    ice cream or whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 2 tablespoons cocoa, milk, melted margarine and vanilla together in 9-inch square pan.
    Spread evenly.
    Mix 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
    Pour water over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
