Dutch Blueberry And Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell (9-inch)
    4 c. fresh blueberries, drained
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Fill pie shell with blueberries.
    Combine other ingredients and pour over berries.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
