Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Crisco
    4 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and Crisco until like coarse crumbs.
    Add water and mix well.
    Roll out on lightly floured surface.
    Makes one (9-inch) crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown or use as unbaked pie shell.
