Chicken Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole or family pkg. chicken
    2 boxes Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    2 c. cooked celery
    1 1/2 Tbsp. onion, browned
    1 c. melted oleo
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans drained water chestnuts, sliced
    1 c. Parmesan cheese (on top)
Preparation
    Boil chicken and pick off bone.
    Cook rice according to directions, about 25 minutes.
    Add cheese to rice while hot.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 in 9 x 13-inch pan and 8 x 8-inch square pan.
    This can be made and refrigerated ahead of time.
