Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crab meat
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 tsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 slice bread, coarsely grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Form into cakes.
    Fry in vegetable oil approximately 6 minutes per side.
