Pecan French Toast(Easy Overnight) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs (I use Egg Beaters)
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 loaf French bread
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Whisk together first 6 ingredients; slice bread in 1-inch pieces and lay them in a single layer, close together in oven-proof casserole dish.
    (I use 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch.)
    Pour milk mixture over; cover with plastic; refrigerate overnight.
    In morning, allow to stand 15 minutes at room temperature.
