Tex-Mex Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium ripe avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    2 cans plain bean dip
    1 large bunch green onions, chopped
    3 medium tomatoes, chopped
    2 (3 1/2 oz. each) cans ripe olives, drained and sliced
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Pit, peel and mash avocados. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Set aside.
