Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread, torn in pieces
1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Place torn bread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking dish.
Brown and drain sausage.
Spoon over bread.
Sprinkle with the cheese. Beat together the eggs, milk and salt and pepper.
Pour over mixture in baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cheese rises to the top.
Can make the day before and refrigerate until time to bake.
