Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. butter
Preparation
-
Blend cornstarch and sugar; add water and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly until thick.
Add lemon juice, rind and butter.
