Veal Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. veal cutlets, sliced thin
    Mazola oil
    1/4 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 clove garlic, minced fine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 or 2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Use your favorite sauce.
    Pour some in bottom of baking dish; add veal cutlets and
    pour remainder of tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with some\tgrated\tcheese\tand
    about 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese.\tBake 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
