"Fried" Chicken(Lo-Cal, Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. plain bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 quartered fryer chicken, skin removed
3 Tbsp. nonfat yogurt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Spray a rack with Pam and place on cookie sheet.
Mix crumbs and seasonings.
Coat chicken with yogurt. Press crumbs on chicken.
Bake 45 minutes until lightly browned and juices run clear.
