Twice Baked Potatoes With Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped broccoli flowerets
    1/4 c. finely chopped red pepper
Preparation
    Pierce potato skin with a fork.
    Bake potatoes at 450\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until fork-tender.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Cut a thin slice off the top of each potato.
    Carefully scoop out potato insides; reserve shells.
