Spinach Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, thaw, drain and pat dry
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
4 beaten eggs
1 large onion, chopped
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll into bite size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes about 40 balls.
Can be made ahead and frozen uncooked.
