Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs, stirred
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    8 oz. Old English cheese
    1 stick margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    onion, diced (optional)
Preparation
    Drain spinach well and squeeze.
    Add eggs, cottage cheese, Old English cheese and flour.
    Place in casserole.
    Slice margarine and place on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour.
