Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. packaged seasoned bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. red beet horseradish (optional) *
    1 Tbsp. water
    Glaze (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, eggs, catsup, horseradish (if using) and water in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Shape into a loaf on a well-greased jelly roll pan.
    Bake in a moderate oven (350\u00b0) for 30 minutes.
    Baste with half the Glaze.
    Continue baking for 30 minutes longer.
    Dilute remaining Glaze with 1/4 cup water.
    Pour over loaf for a nice gravy.
    Bake 10 minutes longer.
    Makes 6 servings.
