5 Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. cubed stewing beef (bite-size)
    1 c. celery (bite-size)
    2 carrots (bite-size)
    2 medium onions, cut up
    4 medium potatoes (bite-size)
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix soup, water, tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Pour mixture over cut up meat and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not raise lid or open oven door while cooking.
