Crabmeat Mornay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 bunch green onions
1/2 bunch parsley
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/2 pt. milk
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 lb. crabmeat (white or claw)
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. or more white wine
Preparation

Melt butter; add flour.
Mix well.
Add bunch green onions (chopped), 1/2 bunch chopped parsley.
Cook until soft.
Add cream and milk, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
Mix well. Add crabmeat which has been carefully picked over for shells.
Add cheese as last ingredient.
Cook only until cheese melts.
Add wine.
Serve with Melba toast.
