Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
2 scant Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 stick oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Mix and pour into unbaked pie crust and let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
