Scallops Oreganato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. scallops
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
1 Tbsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
-
Toss scallops with lemon juice 10 to 15 minutes before baking in baking dish.
Combine remainder of ingredients.
Coat scallops with mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until browned.
Bake at 375\u00b0.
