Low-Fat Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fat-free mayo
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese (low-fat)
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 (14 oz.) cans marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients and fold in artichokes.
    Cover with wax paper and microwave on Medium heat for 12 to 14 minutes. Stir occasionally.
    Makes 3 1/4 cups.
    Has 64 calories per serving.
