Deep Fried Salmon Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. drained canned salmon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Flake
    the
    salmon.
    Mix
    the dry ingredients together. Add the buttermilk slowly to the dry ingredients. Add eggs and beat well.
    Mix\twith
    salmon.
    Drop mixture by spoonfuls into deep hot fat.
    Fry until golden brown.
    Serves 6.
