Tacos With Green Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken breasts, boiled and cubed
1 c. chopped lettuce
6 taco shells (prefolded)
1 c. cubed tomatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Melt last three ingredients in a double boiler.
Place chicken in taco shells; heat in oven or microwave to warm.
Place the chicken filled shells on their side on serving plate and cover generously with cheese sauce.
Place lettuce over top center of side of shell and place tomatoes over the top of lettuce and serve.
This recipe makes 6 tacos.
