Chi Chi Mochi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) box mochiko
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can frozen coconut milk
    1 1/2 c. fresh milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. food coloring (red or green)
    katakuri (potato starch)
Preparation
    Mix together
    the first 5 ingredients.\tAdd vanilla and food coloring, then mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover pan with foil.\tBake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool; cut into desired pieces.
    Roll mochi pieces in katakuri.
