Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. bran cereal
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside. Measure bran cereal (flakes) and milk into large bowl. Stir to combine well. Let set 2 minutes until soft.
    Add eggs and oil; beat well. Add flour mixture. Stir only to combine well. Pour into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 18 to 20 minutes. Contains 160 calories each.
