Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

juice of 1 large lemon
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs, yolks and whites separated
grated rind of 1 lemon
1/3 c. flour
pinch of salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. hot water
Preparation
-
Sift sugar, flour and salt together into a heavy pan or double boiler.
Add butter and hot water, stirring well.
Then add lemon juice and grated rind; cook until thickened.
Add beaten egg yolks and cook 5 minutes.
