Oven Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Bisquick mix
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. broiler-fryer chicken, cut up
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix Bisquick, cheese and paprika.
    Dip chicken into evaporated milk; coat with Parmesan cheese.
    Place, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan.
    Drizzle with butter. Bake until done, about 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
