Rhubarb-Strawberry Freezer Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. diced rhubarb
    6 c. sugar
    2 pkg. strawberry jello
Preparation
    Mix rhubarb and sugar and let stand overnight.
    Bring to a boil in morning in large pot, stirring constantly.
    Cook 4 minutes at a boil.
    Remove from heat and add strawberry jello, stirring until dissolved.
    Skim if necessary.
    Pack in sterile jars and freeze.
