Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 long green chilies
10 oz. grated Jack or Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, well beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. cumin powder (optional)
Preparation

Roast, peel and seed chilies.
Layer them alternately with cheese in a deep buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Beat eggs, salt, pepper and cumin together.
Pour mixture over chilies and cheese.
Dot with butter.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4 to 6.
