Karen'S Oregon Artichoke Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe black olives, drained
    2 tsp. each: basil and oregano
    1 tsp. each: instant minced onion, garlic powder and sugar
    1/2 tsp. each: fennel seed and salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In large skillet, drain marinade from artichoke hearts; coarsely
    chop
    artichokes\tand
    set aside.
    In skillet, saute mushrooms
    in
    hot\tmarinade until tender.\tAdd artichokes and remaining
    ingredients, except spaghetti and Parmesan, back to skillet.
    Simmer, uncovered, 20 minutes.
    Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
