Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices rye bread, cubed
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 can or equivalent Armour corned beef, cubed
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Place 1/2 of rye bread cubes in bottom of pan.
    Layer in order:
    sour cream, onion, sauerkraut, corned beef and Mozzarella cheese.
    Top with remaining bread cubes.
    Drizzle melted margarine on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
