Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of salt
    5 c. thinly sliced tart apples
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Make pastry.
    Mix the sugar, flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Add salt.
    Stir in apples.
    Put in crust. Cover with top crust.
    Seal and flute.
    Put slits on top of crust. Put 3-inch strips of foil around edges of crust.
    Remove foil during last 15 minutes of baking.
    Bake 40 to 50 minutes.
