Ingredients

4 egg whites
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Warm eggs to room temperature and separate.
Whip egg whites, vanilla and vinegar in a bowl until white and frothy.
Keep whipping and add sugar a little at a time until stiff and glossy. Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets and bake in preheated oven at 250\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until cookies are light brown.
Let cookies cool.
Makes about 2 dozen.
