Crab Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green onions (saute onions with butter)
    1 small clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 or 2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 cans (soup can) milk
    1 can crab meat or 1 lb. fresh crab meat
    1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
Preparation
    Simmer about 10 minutes.
