French Roasted Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in saucepan, except vanilla.
    Cook until crystallized.
    (The crystallization will form suddenly.)
    Remove immediately from heat and add vanilla.
    Pour into buttered cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
