Ingredients

2 c. persimmon pulp
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet milk
1 stick margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of soda
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan that has been greased and sprinkled with dry granulated sugar. This makes crunchy edges.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
