Sunsetview Restaurant Sunshine Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 large Spanish onion, chopped
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of chopped parsley
    1 tsp. sugar
    melted Cheddar or American cheese, to garnish
    chopped raw onions, to garnish
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 clove garlic, chopped
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. raw shell noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a heavy-duty pot, brown beef in fat.
    Add onion, bell pepper, water, catsup, seasonings and bouillon cubes.
    Slowly simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add cooked noodles. Mix well and simmer 5 or more minutes.
    Serve topped with cheese and raw onions.
    Serve with crackers or garlic bread.
