Fried Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 ears yellow corn
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. milk (to start)
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Shuck and silk corn.
    Scrape corn off cob; mix with milk, cornstarch and seasoning.
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Pour all ingredients into skillet; cook on medium-low until tender, adding milk as needed.
    Makes 6 healthy servings.
