Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 c. chopped celery, cut, cooked and cooled
    1 can water chestnuts
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, boiled and chopped
    1 can pimento, chopped
    1 c. cooked rice, cooled
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    The last 10 minutes, sprinkle canned French fried onions over top; return to oven for 10 minutes.
