Strawberry Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heaping c. strawberries
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
    3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bring strawberries and lemon juice concentrate to a boil, mashing constantly.
    Boil for three minutes, while mashing.
    Add sugar and boil for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Pour into glass cake pan and stir often until cool.
    Leave to set overnight.
    Store in jars and refrigerate.
