Angel Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small angel food cake, torn in bite size pieces
1 large box strawberry jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. frozen strawberries
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello, add strawberries and ice cream.
Stir until dissolved.
Put in refrigerator until thickened.
Fold in cake pieces.
Pour in 3-quart casserole dish.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Garnish with whipped topping and fresh strawberries.
This can be made with other fruits, such as peaches and peach jello.
