Honey Mustard Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. honey
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 inch slice onion
    1 tsp. poppy seed (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil, divided
    2 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
    Put honey, vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, onion, poppy seed, salt and 1/4 cup oil in blender.
    Process at medium-high. Immediately remove feeder cap and pour in remaining oil in a steady stream.
    Cover; continue to process until well blended. Makes about 1 3/4 cups.
