Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
8 oz. fresh medium mushrooms
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
Preparation

In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp; drain thoroughly. Crumble bacon.
Remove stems from mushrooms and wash mushrooms. Drain off water.
Dry mushroom caps.
Combine rest of ingredients and fill mushroom caps.
Arrange in single layer in a sided pan and cook, covered with foil, for 20 to 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serve hot.
