Vegetable Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    3 medium carrots, sliced thin
    1 can peas, drained
    1 c. cooked ham, diced small
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. savory
Preparation
    Saute onions in 3 tablespoons oil until clear.
    Add carrots; continue stirring.
    Add oleo; stir.
    When melted, add flour and stir.
    Add water and stir.
    Let cook until carrots seem soft.
    Add peas, ham and spices.
    Cook until hot.
    (Other leftover meats such as roast beef can be used instead of ham.)
    Low in fat and sodium.
