Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 can condensed sweetened milk
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    nutmeg to sprinkle on top
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients until foamy.
    Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0, then 350\u00b0 until firm.
