Caramel Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, separated
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, melted butter and egg yolks together.
    Mix 1/2 cup of the milk with flour and shake; add to mixture.
    Heat 1 1/2 cups milk to lukewarm and add to mixture.
    Beat egg whites (not stiff) and vanilla; add to mixture and put in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; after that, turn temperature down to 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
